Success Appointments

At any point during your Mercer journey, schedule a success appointment with your Student Success advisor. One-on-one success appointments are available to all current or returning working adults undergraduate students at all Mercer locations: Atlanta, Henry County, Douglas County, Macon, and online.

During your personalized success appointment, you and your Student Success advisor can discuss any questions you have, challenges you’re facing, or anything else that’s on your mind, including:

Academic success planning
Career planning
Consideration of switching degree programs
Financial aid/debt
Mentoring options
Priorities
Returning to Mercer
Scheduling
Time commitments
Tutoring

Your advisor will work with you to develop strategies for reaching your educational, personal, and professional goals, as well as connect you with additional resources and support to assist you throughout your academic journey.

How to schedule your personalized success appointment

Current students

If you are a current student, schedule your success appointment through the Student Success Portal by following the steps below.

Log in to your MyMercer account.
On the MyMercer homepage, select Access Student Success Portal to go to your dashboard called My Success Network.
Find your student success advisor and select the arrow, then Schedule.
Follow the on-screen instructions for scheduling your appointment. You will have the opportunity to select the reason for your appointment as well as view a calendar to select a convenient date and time.

Returning students

If you are a previous Mercer student interested in returning to Mercer, schedule your success appointment by following the steps below.

Select an available appointment on the calendar.
Follow the on-screen instructions for scheduling your appointment. You will have the opportunity to select the reason for your appointment as well as provide additional details in preparation for your appointment.
